01

Who is responsible for your information

Team Superhuman FCZO, 1403, Mazaya Business Avenue AA1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of any personal information described on this page.

For anything to do with your information, including the requests described in section 07, email info@team-superhuman.com.

02

Reading this website collects almost nothing

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracking of who you are or which pages you read. We could not tell you how many people visited this page.

Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider, Vercel, which keeps short-term technical logs that can include your IP address. That happens for security and to keep the site running, and we do not use those logs to build any picture of you.

03

The one thing that does store something on your device

The bloodwork video on the home page and the protocol page is hosted by Wistia. Wistia's player saves two small entries in your browser's local storage, one remembering how far through the video you are and one for its own settings, and it receives the technical information any video host needs in order to serve a video to you.

Wistia is a United States company acting as our processor. No other page on this site loads anything from a third party.

You can clear that storage at any time through your browser's settings for this site, and doing so will not stop the rest of the website working.

04

If you contact us or apply

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to keep a record of our dealings with you.

The contact form on this website is not connected to anything. It does not send, and it does not store. If you use it, nothing reaches us, which is why the page tells you to email instead.

Applications are made through Typeform and calls are booked through a scheduling service, both of them separate companies with their own privacy notices. What you enter there goes to them as well as to us, and we use it to decide whether we are a fit and to prepare for your call.

05

Why we are allowed to hold it

When you email us or send an application, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who approach the business, and on taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

If you become a client, we hold what we need to deliver the coaching you have paid for, which is performance of that contract.

Where you tell us something about your health, we treat it as sensitive and hold it only because you have chosen to give it to us for this purpose, and only for as long as we need it.

06

Who else sees it, and where it goes

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

It is handled by the service providers we need to run the business: our hosting provider, our email provider, the application and booking services, and, where coaching is under way, the tools we use to deliver it. Each acts on our instructions.

Team Superhuman FCZO is based in the United Arab Emirates, and some of those providers are in the United States, so information about you is processed outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

07

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you and for a copy of it. You can ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. You can ask us to stop using it, or to limit how we use it, and you can object to us using it on the basis of our legitimate interests.

Where you have given us consent for something, you can withdraw it at any time, and that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Email info@team-superhuman.com and we will answer within a month. There is no charge.

If you are in the United Kingdom and you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the European Economic Area, you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

08

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become anything are kept for up to two years and then deleted.

Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, which is the period we may need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons.

Anything we no longer have a reason to hold is deleted.

09

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it. If the change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you directly.

Questions about any of this? info@team-superhuman.com. The terms and conditions cover everything else.
