Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and nothing here is a substitute for care from your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.

We provide coaching and nutrition guidance. We are not your doctor, we do not diagnose conditions, and we do not treat them. Blood testing arranged through us is used to inform coaching, not to screen you for disease or to replace any clinical investigation your doctor would carry out.

If you feel unwell, if your symptoms are new, or if they are getting worse, speak to your doctor. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of anything you have read here, and do not stop, start or change any prescribed medication without talking to the person who prescribed it.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescribed medication, take advice from your doctor before starting any nutrition or training programme, including ours.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

The photographs, videos and written accounts on this site are from real clients and are used with their permission. They show what those individuals achieved. They are not a prediction, a promise, or a typical result.

What happens for you depends on your own starting point, your health history, your consistency, your circumstances and a great deal that is outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, any particular rate of change, or any particular timescale, and nothing on this website should be read as if we do.

We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time without notice. We may also change these terms; the version published here is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top of this page.

Submitting an application through this website does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. It is a request to start a conversation.

Coaching itself is provided under a separate agreement, which sets out what is included, what it costs, how long it runs and what each side is responsible for. Where anything in that agreement differs from this page, that agreement is the one that governs the coaching relationship.

Applications and bookings are handled by third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to what you submit through them.

How we handle personal information is set out in full in our privacy policy, which is the single source of truth on it and is linked in the footer of every page.

In short: this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you email us we hold your message to reply to it. Applications and bookings go through third-party services with their own privacy notices.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email info@team-superhuman.com.

The text, images, video, design and code on this website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read and share this website. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

Client photographs and videos are published with the permission of the people in them and must not be copied or reused elsewhere.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it, including any decision you take about your health, your diet or your training without professional advice.

Where we link to another website, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those websites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on them.
